A request for a recommendation to the Vail Town Council for a prescribed regulation amendment, pursuant to Section 12-3-7, Amendment, Vail Town Code, to amend Titles 5 and 14, Sections 5-11, 14-10-5, and 14-10-8, to relocate standards related to roofing material specifications from the Vail Town Code to the Building Code, and to further align the Vail Town Code with nationally recognized standards for reducing wildfire home loss, and setting forth details in regard thereto.
