Conditions:
Approval of this project shall lapse and become void one (1) year following the date of final approval, unless
a building permit is issued and construction is commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion.
Planning and Environmental Commission approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of
approval pursuant to Section 12-3-3, Appeals, Vail Town Code.
No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
No more than two (2) menu boards shall be permitted and shall be located as shown on the site plan dated
08-26-2016.
No single menu board shall exceed 41.2 square feet in size, including framing.
No additional materials or signage, including, but not limited to, promotional advertisements or riders, shall be
attached to the menu boards at any time.
The internal illumination of the menu boxes shall not be utilized when the restaurant is closed to the public.
Approval of this sign variance is contingent upon the applicant obtaining Town of Vail approval of an
associated design review application.
