PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Environmental Commission of the
Town of Vail will hold a public hearing in accordance with section 12-3-6, Vail Town
Code, on September 26, 2016 at 1:00 pm in the Town of Vail Municipal Building.
A request for the review of a variance from Section 11-6-3 Business Signs, Vail Town
:4; Code, in accordance with the provisions of Section 11-10-1, Variances, Vail Town Code,
to allow for two (2) 41.2 square foot internally illuminated menu boxes, located at 2171
North Frontage Road West/Lot 2B, Vail Das Schone Filing 3 (McDonalds), and setting
glgl orth details in regard thereto. (PEC16-0033)
