MANTEL. PALLETIZE STONE AND STORE FOR REUSE, RESALE OR
DONATION PER OWNER'S DIRECTION.
REMOVE EXISTING FIREPLACE AND STORE FOR REUSE, RESALE OR
DONATION PER OWNER'S DIRECTION. CAP GAS & VENT AS REQUIRED
IN PREPARATION FOR NEW FIREPLACE INSTALL.
REMOVE EXISTING FIREPLACE AND STORE FOR REUSE, RESALE OR
DONATION PER OWNER'S DIRECTION. CAP GAS & VENT AS
REQUIRED.
REMOVE TUB, SHOWER, VANITY AND FINISHES THROUGHOUT MASTER
BATH. WATER CLOSET TO BE STORED FOR REUSE IN SAME LOCATION.
REMOVE TUB, SHOWER, VANITY AND FINISHES THROUGHOUT BATH 3.
WATER CLOSET TO BE STORED FOR REUSE AS NOTED ON A-201.
REMOVE VANITY AND FINISHES THROUGHOUT BATH 2. EXISTING TUB &
SHOWER TO REMAIN. WATER CLOSET TO BE STORED FOR REUSE IN

DEMO GENERAL NOTES:
1. REMOVE EXISTING WOOD FLOOR THROUGHOUT.
2. REMOVE EXISTING CARPET AND PAD THROUGHOUT.
3. REMOVE AND REPLACE WOOD DOORS AND TRIM
THROUGHOUT.
4. AT DEMO WALL AND DOOR LOCATIONS, CONTRACTOR
SHALL REMOVE ALL WOOD TRIM AND MAKE EVERY EFFORT
TO AVOID DAMAGE AND SALVAGE WOOD TRIM FOR REUSE,
RESALE OR DONATION PER OWNER'S DIRECTION.
5. CONTRACTOR SHALL CHANGE ALL SMOKE DETECTORS IN
UNIT TO HEAT DETECTORS DURING CONSTRUCTION AND
SHALL UTILIZE A FIRE ALARM CONTRACTOR APPROVED BY
THE DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING TO MAKE ANY REQUIRED
ADJUSTMENTS TO THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM.
