Prior to issuance of a Certificate of
Occupancy, applicant shall grade
the site on the south side of the lot
both on the applicant’s property
and CDOT righ-of-way, to their
pre-construction grades and shall
revegetate all disturbed soils with
native seed mix. All gravel used
for access roads shall be removed
from the site.
Contractor must submit for a
public way permit to the TOV PW
Department, submittal shall also
include a copy of the CDOT permit
prior to the start/excavation of
access road.
