CUTTING AND PATCHING FOR ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION. 4. TOUCHUP PAINTING. 3.10 REFINISHING AND TOUCHUP PAINTING A. REFINISH AND TOUCH UP PAINT. PAINT MATERIALS AND APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS ARE SPECIFIED IN DIVISION 9 SECTION "PAINTING." 1. CLEAN DAMAGED AND DISTURBED AREAS AND APPLY PRIMER, INTERMEDIATE, AND FINISH COATS TO SUIT THE DEGREE OF DAMAGE AT EACH LOCATION. 2.
