HOLY CROSS ENERGY WILL SUPPLY FACTORY COUPLERS, 90°, 44. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT OF ANY EXISTING MATERIALS THAT ARE DAMAGED DURING CONSTRUCTION WITHIN THE LIMITS OF 45°, AND 22 1/2° ELBOWS AS NEEDED FOR JOB. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN ONE SET OF APPROVED PLAN ON-SITE AS AN AS-BUILT SET IN WHICH THE CONTRACTOR RECORDS ALL CHANGES TO THE CONSTRUCTION OR IN THE VICINITY OF THE LIMITS OF CONSTRUCTION, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE OWNER. UPON COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION, THE SITE SHALL BE CLEANED AND RESTORED TO A CONDITION EQUAL TO, OR BETTER THAN, THAT WHICH EXISTED 11. CONDUIT SHALL BE BEDDED WITH AT LEAST 12" OF ROCK-FREE SOIL OR SAND PRIOR TO BACKFILL. LARGE ROCKS SHALL NOT BE PUSHED IN DIRECTLY ON TOP OF THIS 12" BEDDING. CARE MUST BE TAKEN TO BEFORE CONSTRUCTION, OR TO THE GRADES AND CONDITION AS REQUIRED BY THESE PLANS. AVOID DAMAGE TO CONDUITS DURING BACKFILL AND COMPACTION. Lu 8. INDIVIDUAL CONDUITS SHALL ENTER EACH VAULT AT A CONSISTENT LOCATION. THERE IS TO BE NO CROSSING OF CONDUITS IN THE TRENCH. SERVICE LINE STUBS, AND UTILITIES 47. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE ALL TREES, BUSHES, SHRUBS AND COVER IN A MANNER ACCEPTABLE TO THE 14. BOTH ENDS OF A CONDUIT RUN SHALL BE SECURELY PLUGGED AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION WITH CONTRACTOR SUPPLIED MATERIAL. CONDUIT ENDING OUTSIDE A VAULT SHALL BE MARKED WITH A 4" X 4" d 9. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT SCALE DRAWINGS FOR CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES. ANY MISSING DIMENSIONS OR DISCREPANCIES IN PLANS, FIELD STAKING OR OWNER. ALL AREAS OF TOWN OF VAIL RIGHT-OF-WAY DISTURBED DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE WELL GRADED TO DRAIN, COVERED WITH A MINIMUM OF POST OR OTHER APPROVED METHOD. RED TRENCH MARKING TAPE WILL BE SUPPLIED BY HOLY CROSS ENERGY AND SHALL BE INSTALLED 18" TO 24" ABOVE THE CONDUIT DURING BACKFILL. DISCREPANCIES IN PLANS, FIELD STAKING OR PHYSICAL FEATURES ARE AT THE CONTRACTOR'S RISK. IF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS ARE UNCLEAR, OR IF ERRORS OR DISCREPANCIES ARE DISCOVERED, THE ENGINEER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IF THE CONTRACTOR OR CLIENT MAKES HIS/HER OWN INTERPRETATION OF AND/OR 48. CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN ACCESS TO FIRE DEPARTMENT HYDRANTS AND CONNECTIONS SHALL BE MAINTAINED THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION UNLESS 16. AT COMPLETION OF THE JOB, THE INSPECTOR WILL DO A FINAL INSPECTION. PROVIDED UNTIL SPECIFICATIONS ARE MET. 17. HOLY CROSS ENERGY SHALL SUPPLY THE 4" SCHEDULE 40 PVC CONDUIT PIPE FOR LOWERING THE ELECTRIC LINES AS NOTED ON THE DRAWINGS. HOLY CROSS ENERGY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLING 10. CONSTRUCTION STAKING IS BY CONTRACTOR AND TO BE PERFORMED BY A COLORADO LICENSED PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL 49. ALL ASPHALT PAVING SHALL MEET CDOT SX GRADING AND THE DESIGN BASED ON A 75 GYRATION MIX OR OTHER APPROVED MIX DESIGNED BY A QUALIFIED AND PULLING THE WIRES, AND ALSO WILL BE INSPECTING THE CONDUIT INSTALLATION.
