Re: Attachment to Application for Design Review of Deck & Stair Replacement of
Buildings 1-14
This DRB Application requests campus-wide approval for exterior Decks and Stairs at buildings 1-14
which will be completed this year. The colors and materials proposed, match the previously
approved buildings.
The materials include: decks, stairs, guardrails, handrails and siding where damaged. The colors
proposed are to match the existing colors.
Building One (1) has been submitted as it is a complete replacement of the Decks and Stairs. The
remainder of the Buildings 2-14 have a variety of components that need to be addressed all of
which are within the scope of Building One (1). A Building Matrix is attached to this application for
reference to the work being done by Building. We can submit all of the buildings at your request
which will be approximately 60 sheets.
Thank you for these considerations as requested. We respectfully request your approval of the
Proposed Materials & Colors as described above for the Sandstone 70 Decks and Stairs.
