At the Texas Townhomes at 483 Gore Creek Drive, Z & Z Roofing, Inc. will be removing 2400 square feet of
cedar shake roofing in 4 locations: (1) the shared upper and lower roofs that are south-facing between
Buildings 1 & 2, (2) the north and south facing roof of Building 2, (3) the shared upper and lower roofs that
are south-facing between Buildings 4 & 5, and (4) the south facing portion of roof on Building 5. They will
replace all of this cedar shake with Davinci Multi-width Composite Shake in "weathered grey." The material
for the roof and color "weathered grey" has been approved by the HOA President as it is the standard for
any new roofs being installed at the Texas Townhomes. Attachments for this project include aerial view of
roof, slope/pitch of roof being replaced, letter from HOA President approving the work in accordance with
HOA by-laws, and estimate of work (upon request).
