ALL LIFE SAFETY SYSTEMS AND FIRE RATED ASSEMBLIES TO BE
MAINTAINED PER LIFE SAEFTY CODE REQUIREMENTS AT ALL TIMES. SEE LS
SERIES FOR MORE INFORMATION.
DOORS TO BE LOCATED 6" FROM ADJACENT WALL ON HINGE SIDE UNLESS
NOTED OTHERWISE
SALVAGE ALL MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, CONFIRM NEW LOCATION WITH
OWNER
PROVIDE COORDINATION WALK WITH OWNER AND ARCHITECT TO
CONFIRM ALL BACK BOXES AND WALL DEVICE LOCATION BEFORE
DRYWALL INSTALLATION.
WHEN ITEM NOTED TO BE DEMOLISHED, ENTIRETY OF ITEM TO BE
DEMOLISHED. ABANDON IN PLACE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
CONTRACTOR IS ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBILE FOR ALL DEMOLITION AND
PREPARTIONS REQUIRED FOR FINAL CONSTRUCTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO CORING, TRENCHING, AND FINISH MODIFICATIONS
DEVICES TO BE LOCATED SUCH THAT THEY DO NOT SPAN BETWEEN
SURFACES OF VARYING DEPTH. THEY SHALL BE SCRIBED INTO THE
SURFACE MATERIAL WITH THE GREATEST DEPTH FROM THE SURFACE OF
