The scope of work will be to bring the remodeled area up to NFPA standards adopted by Vail Fire. Work performed will be to one new FAPT- multi-criteria smoke detector to each of the three bedrooms of the unit with two additional detectors being installed, one on the lower leave for entry and out side each unit and one for the upper level for top fo the stairs and outside each unit. The sounder base installed will also be the B200S-LF low frequency sounder bases. Three conventional CO detectors will also be installed and monitored by the FACP, Located in the master bedroom, lower level outside of each bedroom/kitchen area and upstairs outside each bedroom. These devices will be added to the current main fire alarm control system, a Notifier NFS2-3030 in and will provide continuity between the new area and the existing building.
