2. AFTER REMOVAL OF FINISHES, FIXTURE, ETC DICTATED BY DEMOLITION NOTES,
PATCH AND REPAIR AFFECTED SURFACES TO RECEIVE NEW.
3. REMOVE ROUND DOOR KNOBS THROUGHOUT HOTEL.
4 REMOVE HOLIDAY INN INTERIOR SIGNAGE. PATCH AND REPAIR DOORS AND WALLS
FROM DEMO.
5 REPLACE THE ELECTRONIC KEY-CARD LOCK SYSTEM. INSTALL NEW OWNER
SUPPLIED RFID/RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION (CONTACT-LESS) LOCKS WITH
NFC COMPATIBILITY.
6 REMOVE LIGHTING CONTROLS FROM THE PUBLIC AREAS. RELOCATE CONTROLS TO
THE REGISTRATION DESK. EACH CONTROL RELOCATED IS TO BE COORDINATED
WITH OWNER AND ARCHITECT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. SEE ELECTRICAL
DRAWINGS.
7 WHERE TILE FLOORING IS DEMOLISHED, DEMO TILE BASE AS WELL. PREP FOR NEW
BASE PER FINISH PLANS.
8 VERIFY EXISTING CONDITIONS AND DIMENSIONS IN FIELD.
9 INTERIOR DIMENSIONS ARE TO FINISHED FACE OF WALL.
