1. REPLACE ALL PTAC UNITS IN GUEST ROOMS (SECOND, THIRD, AND FOURTH
FLOORS) WITH EQUIVALENT PTAC UNITS. THE NEW PTAC UNITS MUST SUPPLY 50
CFM OF OUTSIDE AIR.
23.8 PROVIDE NEW EXHAUST FAN TO MATCH EXISTING FANS IN GUEST ROOMS.
CONNECT TO EXISTING EXHAUST DUCT IN CHASE.
23.14 CONNECT TO EXISTING LOUVER IN PRECAST WALL. CONTRACTOR TO LOCATE
ACTUAL LOCATION IN FIELD.
23.16 COORDINATE DUCT INSTALLATION WITH EXISTING TRUSSES IN LOBBY AREA.
23.18 CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY 24X32" DUCT WILL FIT IN EXISTING PRECAST CONCRETE
WALL OPENING. IF OPENING NEEDS TO BE ENLARGED, CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY
STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS.
23.19 CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY THAT EXISTING LOUVER HAS MINIMUM 8.5 SQFT OF
