PROPERTY LINE
1. ALL DEMOLITION OCCURING IN "AREA B" SHALL EXTEND FROM TOP OF ROOF TO
BOTTOM OF FOUNDATION IN ITS ENTIRETY. SPECIAL CARE TO BE TAKEN WHERE WORK
TAKES PLACE ADJACENT TO OPERATIONAL AREAS.
2. ALL DEMOLITION WORK TO BE COORDINATED WITH THE OWNER PRIOR TO START.
3. PRIOR TO ANY DEMOLITION WORK, CONSTRACTOR TO VERIFY WITH OWNER ANY
ITEMS OR EQUIPMENT DESIGNATED BY THE OWNER TO BE SAVED.
4. WHENEVER EXISTING UTILITIES MUST BE REMOVED, EXPOSED OPENINGS IN
FLOORS AND WALLS, ARE TO BE PATCHED TO MATCH ADJOINING CONSTRUCTION.
EXISTING SUPPLY AND WASTE PIPING ARE TO BE CUT AND CAPPED BELOW FINISHED
SURFACES.
5. EXISTING CONDITIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIMENSIONS, UTILITIES, AND
MATERIALS HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM EXISTING DRAWINGS AND/ OR FIELD
MEASUREMENTS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FIELD VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND
CONSTRUCTION PERTIANING TO EXISTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO THE START OF
DEMOLITION OR CONSTRUCTION.
