Dear Dominic, Attached you will find an invoice for additional public notices sent to the adjacent property owners. Applicants have the opportunity to provide either self-addressed,
stamped envelopes or they may provide an all-inclusive list of adjacent property owners for the Town to complete the noticing It is my understanding that the original notification of adjacent property owners was
found to be incomplete, therefore putting the application and public hearings on hold. It
is a requirement that the applicant provides the complete list, therefore any incomplete mailings, and re-noticing would be the responsibility of the applicant. The additional noticing requirements and costs are broken down as follows:
9/11 – to include individual owners of Phase 1
