NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Environmental Commission of the
Town of Vail will hold a public hearing in accordance with section·12-3-6, Vail Town
Code, on July 10,2017 at 1:00pm in the Town of Vail Municipal Building.
A request for the review of a final Exemption Plat, pursuant to Section 13-12-3, Plat
Procedure and Criteria for Review, Vail Town Code, to allow for an adjustment to the
location of the platted building envelope for Lot 6, Lia Zneimer Subdivision, located at
