PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Environmental Commission of the
Town of Vail will hold a public hearing in accordance with section 12-3-6, Vail Town
Code, on March 27, 2017 at 1:00 pm in the Town of Vail Municipal Building.
A request for review of Major Exterior Alteration, pursuant to Section 12-7B-7, Exterior
Alterations or Modifications, Vail Town Code, to allow for an exterior remodel and
additions to two units within Plaza Lodge, Unit R-1, located at 291 Bridge Street/Lots F-
-- K, Bock 5C, Vail Village Filing 1, and setting forth details in regard thereto. (PEC17-
