Removing an existing 30' x 16' unsafe broken down wood deck and replace with
new 28' x 16' deck. There will be 4 new concrete piers, 6 x 12 girder, 2x10
Project Description: pressure treated wood joist with Trex Ticki Torch decking and redwood handrail
system (6x6 posts, 2x2 ballister). Structurals done by KRM and Mrs. Bellm took
copies of some of the paperwork. ILC has been completed prior to this owner.

Conditions:
- Planning and Environmental Commission approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of
approval pursuant to Section 12-3-3, Appeals, Vail Town Code.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- Approval of this project shall lapse and become void after a period of 2 years if building permit has not been
issued.
- 1. Approval of this variance is contingent upon the applicant obtaining Town of Vail design review approval
for this proposal.
- 2. The applicant shall clearly demonstrate to planning staff prior to requesting a final planning inspection that
the improvement has been constructed per plan.
