We have no problem holding off on the pan. If the redo of the driveway
is removed from the project you should double check with your planner to
make sure that impervious area/site coverage is still ok. Since I
believe the proposed plan showed shrinking the driveway and I am not
sure if this was a DRB requirement.

Any decision on the driveway pan for 1995 Chamonix?
The owner intends to redo the drive, but not this year. We want to
finish the remodel (Dec1 completion) before we pave therefore it would
be a spring thing.
