Quitclaim Deed
This QUITCLAIM DEED, made this 1' day of September, 2016 between W.
Randall Dietrich and Kimberly A.Dietrich,Grantors,and Chaisteen.Richey LLC,Grantee.
As used herein, the terms "Grantors" and "Grantee" include the respective heirs, •

successors, successors-in-title, legal representatives and assigns of the parties where the
context requires or pennies.
Grantors,for good and valuable consideration,the receipt and sufficiency of which
is hereby acknowledged and which was paid at and before the sealing and delivery of this
instrument, for the purpose of conveying the real property described herein to Grantee
which is a separately formed single purpose entity formed for the exclusive purpose of
holding the real properly described herein,hereby RELEASE, REMISE AND FOREVER
QUITCLAIM to Grantee,all of the interest,right and title which Grantors may have to that
certain plot,piece,tract or parcel of land,including all of the buildings,appurtenances and
improvements thereon, if any, lying and being in Eagle County, Colorado, more
particularly described as follows:
Condominium'Unit 12,Vail East Towithomes and Condominiums,according to the
Map thereof recorded May 8, 1981 in Book 332 at Page 798 and the Amended Map
thereof recorded November 3,1981 in Book 331 at Page 582 as Reception#227940
and as defined in the Condominium Declaration recorded May 8, 1981 in Book 332
at Page 797, subject to the Terms, Conditions, Obligations and Stipulations
contained.therein,

State of Colorado
commonly known as 5020 Main Gore Place,Unit.D-12,Vail,Colorado 81657.
Grantors convey this tract or parcel of land to Grantee,together with all the estate
and rights of Grantors in said property, and Grantors assign to Grantee all rights and
appurtenances belonging, or in anyway appertaining, to the proper use or benefit of the
above described property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of the Grantors' right, title and interest in and to
the above described property unto Grantee, Grantee's heirs, successors andfor assigns
forever; so that neither Grantors nor Grantors' heirs successors and/or assigns shall have
claim or demand any right or title to the property described above,or any of the buildings,
appurtenances and improvements thereon.
