Exterior water damage EIFS Repair including replacement of effected plywood substrate and
studs
Detailed Scope and Location of work areas
Demolition of all water damaged Exterior Insulating Finish System [EIFS], plywood substrate,
insulation and 2X6 framing
Replace all building elements "as built"/"same for same" using the following materials:
2 X 6 common lumber for replacement of wall studs
R-19 Fiberglass batt insulation by Owens Corning Manufacturer
"CDX- plywood sheathing
%"-1" STO EIFS to replace same including STO Guard - liquid applied moisture and air barrier
3/"-1" EPS - expanded polystyrene
STO PAB - polymer-modified cement based adhesive and basecoat
STO RFP—acrylic basecoat
ST Flexyl —acrylic based water-proofer
STO Reinforcing mesh
STO Primer
STOUT Acrylic Textured Finish to match existing
Work to be performed on South elevation of Unit adjacent to skylight, from grade level up wall
approximately fifteen (15') feet.
