RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS
● Submit two sets of revised construction documents (if applicable) containing the
requested information with all plan revision items clouded or otherwise identified. Please
email requested electronic documentation to cdickhausen@safebuilt.com or send
hard copies to Town of Vail, c/o CRISS DICKHAUSEN, 11684 Huron Street, Suite
104B, Northglenn, CO 80234
● Please respond in writing to each comment and include responses with revised
documents/supplemental information.
BUILDING COMMENTS
1. Please provide the manufacturer’s spec sheets for the specific make and model of
can light/fire hat being proposed for this project. Please include the spec sheets
for the lighting fixtures being installed in the showers as well.
2. Please provide clarification regarding procedures for installation and inspection of
lighting – is there an access panel for each light to inspect fire hat or is there
contiguous access above all lighting fixtures?
3. Please provide a sectional view of current ceiling configuration (i.e., was dropped
ceiling below the rated assembly)?
4. Please provide manufacturer’s spec sheets for the “new vent fan w/fire damper
flap” being installed.
