Our scope of work for this consists of the following: • Disconnect all remote dimming conductors and remove existing dimming modules in LiteTouch panels within the garage area. • Install Lutron panel inserts, which are set up to separate the 120-volt lighting loads from the low voltage control wiring entering each enclosure. • Sort the 120-volt switch-leg conductors and terminate the existing lighting conductors on module terminals that are based on efficient layout of loads. • Remove LiteTouch keypads and replace these with new Lutron keypads in all locations of the home. • Remove and replace system processor, create programming in Lutron software and upload into the processor. • Test and adjust all dimmed loads. Reprogram as necessary. Since we are competitively bidding this against a low voltage A-V contractor, I thought it may be an advantage for us to pull an electrical permit and have the TOV inspect our work. Many of our clients like to have this extra assurance that all work is performed to minimum NEC standards. Please let me know if you would consider having us perform the work in this way.
