Interior work includes slab on grade most drain lines will remain but
most copper supply lines will be re-roughed. Framing changes are all
non-load bearing. 100% new finishes. Access panels to remain for
standpipe per Mike Vaughan
Dear 10th Mountain Builders:
A review of the Town of Vail Community Development files indicates that this permit
was issued on 2016-07-26 and work on the permit listed above has not been inspected
since 2017-03-07. If work on the site has been abandoned or suspended for a period of
180 days or more, per Section 105.5 of the International Building Code, the permit will
become expired.
If you have completed this work, please contact the Building Department to schedule an
inspection for verification of code compliance.
Please note that if you have not completed this work but intend to do so in the future, a
new building permit application will be required. The documents, including plans
submitted with your original application, will become void.
