Building Permit Application – Exterior Improvements
Detailed Scope and Location of Work:
Removal & replacement of balcony railings
Removal & replacement of wood fascia
Removal & partial replacement of roof gutters
Removal & replacement of PTAC covers
Removal & replacement of vestibule covering
Removal & replacement of wood decking and railing
Removal & replacement of building light fixtures (1 to 1) with code compliant models
Removal & replacement of parking lot light fixtures with code compliant models
Removal & replacement of pool deck w/ amenities (i.e., trellis, fire pit, sidewalk, etc.)
Removal & replacement of concrete retaining walls with boulder type walls and plantings
Removal of identified substandard or dead landscaping and replacement with native
species (1 to 1)
Removal & infill of two (2) windows at Ski Storage
Removal of concrete staircase from pool deck to roof, patch
Addition of mechanical roof screen at roof above Meeting Room to screen view from
pool deck
Addition of twelve (12) trees per DRB request, placed per maximum screening effect
Addition of small deck area on west side of Mi Casa restaurant
Addition of dumpster and trash holding structure at end of service drive
Aesthetic addition of faux stone chimney with application of new “Brand” signage on
exterior elevation facing North Frontage Road façade per Sign permit as approved
through DRB.
Refurbishment of existing monument sign in median along North Frontage Road to new
“Brand” identity per Sign Permit as approved through DRB.
Aesthetic application of exterior material limited areas front, side and rear facades
Aesthetic application of wooden bracketry at roof ends
Restoration of existing finishes to remain, application of new surface finishes all facades
Installation of screening fence(s) at ground-mounted equipment locations
