Remodel scope of work
• Remove gas fireplace and framed surround. Eliminate gas and electrical associated with gas
fireplace.
• Relocate A/V equipment from existing gas fireplace location.

• Remove door and jamb from office to mudroom. Frame in and drywall.
• Add new cabinet at Office space with refrigerator drawers and move existing outlet to
accommodate refrigerator drawers.
• Remove book case cabinets in hall and discard.
• Remove existing tile in mudroom and replace with new. (approx. 80 Sq. Ft.)
• Replace door from Mud Room to house—new 2'8" x 6'8" x 1 3/8" knotty pine 2 panel v groove.
Existing jamb to remain in place. �I
• Move book case in Dining Room to adjacent wall.Add TV to center of bookcase. Add necessary
audio visual wiring. Move existing outlet to accommodate TV.Add low outlet in center of
bookcase.
• Move 2 ceiling cans for book case relocation.
• Remove wall speakers at new book case location and discard.
