Middle Creek Village, LLC to enter into lease agreements with
telelcommunications/cable providers who wish to install equipment at Middle
Creek. Such providers would be responsible to secure all required approvals_
This letter does not constitute an approval for the installation of any additional
equipment at Middle Creek Village.
