PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Environmental Commission of the
Town of Vail will hold a public hearing in accordance with section 12-3-6, Vail Town
Code, on March 26, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the Town of Vail Municipal Building.
A request for a recommendation to the Vail Town Council for a prescribed regulations
amendment pursuant to Section 12-3-7 Amendment, Vail Town Code, to amend Title 12
of the Vail Town Code to add a new Chapter 27, Wireless Service Facilities, and setting

A request for review of a Major Amendment to Special Development District (SDD)
No. 6, Vail Village Inn, Phases I and II, pursuant to Section 12-9A-10, Amendment
