Phasing is generally as agreed in previous correspondence and follow-up discussions with Bill Pierce — reference letter from Fritzlen Pierce Architects dated April 2 , 2003 , except that the first Phase has been pushed to Fall 2003 . Our Phase I has been altered to work on Levels 3 and 4 so as not to complicate the contracting process for this phase with the few condominiums on Level 5 . Our plans call for not physically attaching new construction to the textured ceiling , but building close to it then using crown moldings to get even closer for a finished appearance while maintaining minimal clearances .
