Mr. Panfil:
Thank you for your time and that of your team this past Friday, March 30th. My husband and I found the meeting to be
very informative.As a follow-up, please remove the requests for variances for 2841 Basingdale from the agenda for the
April 9 Planning and Environmental Commission meeting.The contract to purchase the parcel has been cancelled by
Buyer.This email correspondence shall also serve as revocation of any and all authorization for prospective Buyer, David
Forenza, and affiliated associates to act on our behalf concerning 2841 Basingdale.
As an aside, I would like to contact someone in Public Works to discuss the possibility of moving the fire hydrant that is
on the parcel. I see several names and departments within Public Works on the TOV website but am unsure who to
contact. Could you please provide the name of the correct contact person?
