Hi Matt-
Earlier this winter when the Hyatt's could not communicate well with their duplex partners they elected to just rebuild
their unit instead of improve it. I thought they might at some point elect to go back to the first plan so I asked you to
keep the variance open. I have not heard anything further from them. I believe the rebuild is they route they are still
following and therefore the variance can pass on to the great beyond 4/16/18. I am copying both Aaron and Eileen in
case they would like to pursue the variance.

application has been incomplete and inactive for more than five (5) months (October 16, 2017). Please note that if the
application is not completed within six (6) months (April 16, 2018) it will be withdrawn administratively.
