My originally approved plan called for a stone patio on the west side of the
house. I'd like to install a 14' long retaining wall to create a small lawn area
there instead.
The originally approved plan also called for a 15x20 ft foundation wall to
support a framed deck. I would like to turn the south section of that
foundation into a retaining wall and extend it 18' further west to create a lawn
area on the south side of the house.
