The Gottliebs had a large Cottonwood blow over approx. 2 weeks ago. The tree
was located in a bowl like are where it became very saturated and broke off
above trunk flare. Tree had a fair amount of rot. I have marked 4 large

leaning and are in the vicinity of hitting their home and the neighbors. The
Cottonwood that fell landed in a parking area where students of Vail Mountain
school go.
