To whom it may concern,
This letter is to acknowledge Board approval at Ridgeview Square
unit 6 for window and door replacement with the following
conditions:
1. Construction shall be in accordance with the submitted
application and follow Town of Vail requirements.
2. All materials to match existing finish and color.
3. All construction debris to be cleaned up on a daily basis.
4. Homeowner will be responsible for all costs associated with
the project.
5. The builder and any sub-contractors agree that they have
no financial or legal recourse against the HOA, for any
reason what so ever.
6. Construction activity be performed Monday - Friday 8 am to
5pm and no work on Holidays.
