We need to replace the gutters and downspouts around the roof line, dormer
lines and decks on the building. All gutters will be replaced with same gauge,

fabricated out of 24 gauge steel, with 3 x 4 downspouts and the color will be
royal brown - same as existing. I was informed that there would be no Design
Review fee as this is a "same for same" project.

appropriate review committee(s).
