CODES AND THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AND UTILITY COMPANIES HAVING
JURISDICTION OVER THE WORK.
INTENT OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
THE INTENT OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS IS TO PROVIDE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OFTHE WORK DESCRIBED OR AS MAY BE AMENDED. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, TRANSPORTATION, AND SUPPLIES REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE WORK ACCORDING TO

MISCELLANEOUS NOTES:
THE BUILDING IS NOT STRUCTURALLY STABLE UNTIL ALL CONNECTIONS, FRAMING, SHEAR
WALLS, "X" BRACING, AND EXTERIOR LOAD BEARING MASONRY WALLS ARE COMPLETE AND

COORDINATION OF THE WORK:
THE LOCAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COORDINATION OF THE WORK AND THE METHODS OF
CONSTRUCTION.
INTERPRETATION OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS:
SHOULD DISCREPANCIES OR AMBIGUITIES IN, OR OMISSIONS FROM, THE DRAWINGS OR SPECIFICATIONS BE FOUND,
OR INQUIRIES RELATIVE TO THE MEANING OR INTENT OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARISE, THEY SHALL BE
