To whom it may concern:
Sonnenalp Properties Inc. approves the use of a temporary access road between the Solar Vail
development project and the Red Sandstone construction site. This period will begin April 23, 2018 and
conclude during the asbestos abatement on our property at the beginning of May of this year.
