Subject: Sunlight Condominiums Home Owners Association Approval (HOA) for Exterior Vent
To Whom It May Concern,
The Sunlight Condominiums HOA, located at 2289 Chamonix Lane, Vail, CO 81657, approves the
request of Unit 1 owner, Derek Padden, to install a new vent for his kitchen hood to the
exterior of the building. The HOA has inf9rmed Mr. Padden, that the final approval for any
installation is dependent upon the approval of the Town of Vail's Design Review Board. Please
