This project entails administrative review of an amendment to the condominium plat for The
Residences at Solaris-Vail. The purpose of the amendment is to (i) subdivide existing residential
storage unit 8-3B into units 8-3B and 8-3C, and (ii) correct the boundaries of existing residential
storage unit 8-3A, each as further described and depicted on the plat.
