Scope of work: Remove and relocate smoke detectors in the guest rooms to bet t erprotect the bedrooms and living rooms. The current locat ion for most of the detectors is behind the door and is not a recommended locat ion to properly protect the guest rooms. During the relocation process we will be replacing all theexistingdetectors with new addressable smoke detectors with sounder bases.This will provide an exact locat ion in an alarm or trouble condit ion located in the guest room. We will also be installing supervised CO detectionfor living, laundry and boiler rooms located in building#2.These CO detectors will replace battery operated ones and will report as a supervisory condit ion tot he fire alarm panel. All wiring will be installed in surface mount wiremold type conduit due to construction of building. Includes replacement of(65) Smoke detectors with sounder bases and (20)CO Detectors.
