PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Environmental Commission of the
Town of Vail will hold a public hearing in accordance with section 12-3-6, Vail Town
Code, on May 14, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the Town of Vail Municipal Building.
A request for the review of variances from Section 14-10-4-C, Architectural
Projections, Decks, Balconies, Steps, Bay Windows, Etc., Vail Town Code, pursuant
to Section 12-17, Variances, Vail Town Code, to allow a deck and accompanying
staircase more than five feet (5') above ground level to project more than five feet
(5') into the required front (south) and side (east) setback, located at 175 Forest
Road/Lot 26, Block 7, Vail Village Filing 1, and setting forth details in regard thereto.
