KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Sentry Construction, Inc. an Illinois Corporation being sole owner in fee
simple of all that real property situated at Lot. 18, Block B, Vail Ridge Subdivision in the Town of Vail, Eagle
County, Colorado according to the plat recorded February 18, 1966 under Reception number 103252 in the Office
of the Clerk and Recorder, County of Eagle, State of Colorado: containing 0.35 acres more or less; have by these
