A request for the review of the following two (2) variances: 1.) a variance from Section 12-21-12, Restrictions in Specific Zones on Excessive Slopes, Vail Town Code, to allow for more than ten percent (10%) of the total site area to be covered by driveways and surface parking; and 2.) a variance from Section 14-3-1, Minimum Standards, Vail Town Code, to allow for more than one (1) curb cut per unit, located at 2841 Basingdale Boulevard/Lot 3, Block 8, Vail Intermountain Development Subdivision, and setting forth details in regard thereto.
