This is to confirm our conversation today regarding the Bighorn Mutual Sanitation & Recreation Co.
This association basically covers all of the duplex units located on Columbine Way. Our residence
was included in this association when we first bought this house in 1979. However, since we are a
detached single family home on Columbine Drive (not on the Columbine Way cul-du-sac), and don't
receive any of the association amenities such as trash pick-up or snow removal, we left the Bighorn
Mutual Sanitation & Recreation Co. in January, 1998.
