Shallows east Complete Intermountain around 6/21 Conoco – West Gore creek closures Casa Del Sol Sewer mid-July. Storm sewer and paving to follow. Other: Postal, trash Notify 2005 WGC Dr residents LS will need: CDOT SUPermit. CDPHE stormwater permit. RB estimates 55000+12000+6000 SF=74000 SF=1.7 ac. State enforcing more TOV projects this year. Need to send TOV Planning John Spence 2 trees to be removed/replaced at Casa. CDOT District will remain Permittee. HB proposing Type 4 barriers. Type 7 typical on interstate and ramps. 35 mph posted, 15-25 operating. CS emailed traffic counts to JS from August. Need to send signal spacing and timing to CDOT Joel (likely Brian Killian review in Traffic Dept.) 250’ possible. Modify as needed, consult CC Enterprises. IGA General bid items items separated for mobe and traffic control. HB one survey line item. RB to revise Exhibit A for Intermountain cost sharing of Items 16, 17, 19, 20 & 21 related to earthwork and paving. Estimated 80/20% split. Approx. $46K back to District. RB out on family leave Tues afternoon for 1.5-2 weeks. HB needs overall paving exhibit. Bypass pumping. Set up meeting with Casa for WPW introduction and project scope.
