Large leaning hazard Spruce tree (live). Tree has been leaning more and more
and is leaning towards home. We would use our bucket truck as it would be to
dangerous to climb. We would piece out the tree using our bucket truck. Tree
has green flagging on branch. Tree is located close to home and driveway.

- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- Approval of this project shall lapse and become void one (1) year following the date of final approval, unless
a building permit is issued and construction is commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion.
