Project Description:
Replace the concrete patio after fixing a leaking water main pipe below. Replace
the tile on the concrete to stamped concrete to match the work done last spring
at the north west corner of the building. All other work is to re-install the same
railings with the same colors. Replace damaged landscapping with similar
plantings.

Conditions:
- Any heated portion of the driveway located within the right of way must be in a separate zone. The four (4)
foot concrete pan cannot be heated, Pursuant to Section 14-3-2, Other Requirements, Vail Town Code.
- Approval of this project shall lapse and become void one (1) year following the date of final approval, unless
a building permit is issued and construction is commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion.
- Design Review Board approval does not constitute a permit for building. Please consult with Town of Vail
building personnel prior to construction activities.
- Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant
to the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- The applicant shall be required to complete a revocable right of way permit for improvements within the
public right of way prior to requesting a final public works inspection.
- Prior to requesting a final Planning Inspection, Applicant shall repair all damaged landscaping and replace
landscaping removed during construction.
