Note:
1- If we need to cut the stucco, siding or stone for dry-in and flashing installation that work will be done on a T&M Basis, all work
to repair these sections will be done by others than AG Roofing. If any fascia and soffit need’s repairs, it will be done on a time
and material basis.
2- Any gutters that need to be removed by A.G. Roofing Company will be removed before the start of the project and re installed at
the end. This will be done on a T&M basis.
3- Building permit fees will be paid by the owner.
4- Payments: The Contract will be paid as follows: 40% Initial Deposit at Time of Signed Contract; 30% When the Material is
Delivered to the Job Site. The Remaining 30% plus extras such as Building Permit, Snow Guards, Stucco Removal, Plywood if any,
Roll Vent/Venting if Needed will be due at the time of completion.
5- AG Roofing will charge an additional $60/Per 4’ x 8’ Sheet of Plywood that turns up damaged/rotten. (Includes material, disposal
of debris and installation of new plywood)
6- AG Roofing Company recommends installing snow clips to all roof areas to protect entrances, walk ways, and gutter areas.
Any specialty equipment (Conveyor or Crane) needed to move materials/Debris off or on to the roof will be added as an extra and
charged accordingly.

1. A.G. Roofing Company to inspect all new sloped roof areas.
2. A.G. Roofing Company to keep reinforced plastic on jobsite at all times to cover roof when necessary.
3. A.G Roofing Company to manufacture and install 16Oz. COPPER FLASHING to all eaves, rakes, valley, etc.

4. A.G. Roofing Company to provide and install ICE & WATER SHIELD to 100% of designated sloped roof area.
5. A.G. Roofing Company to provide and install ECOCHIEF SOLAR HIDE to 100% of designated sloped roof
areas for a class-A fire rated roof.
6. A.G. Roofing company to provide and install DAVINCI CLASSIC SINGLE-WIDTH SLATE to 100% of

CONDITIONS:
1) MATERIALS: Please be advised that materials for this proposal have been bid at current market prices
and cannot be guaranteed past 30 days. A.G. Roofing reserves the right to increase the proposal amount
to meet the increase in material cost. Any extra material not indicated in proposal will be charged as an
extra.
2) REROOF: A.G. Roofing Company will provide and install materials indicated by homeowner, any change
orders will be charged accordingly. If A.G. Roofing has to take off gutters or heat tape to prevent damages,
it will be charge on T&M (time and material basis at $60.00/hr.). If for any reason the roofing supply
company cannot deliver the material (drive way blocked, truck too heavy for the drive way, etc…) A.G.
Roofing Company will rent the equipment necessary to move the material on the roof at the owners’
expense.
3) PAYMENTS: Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Any invoices over 30 days old are subject to
interest charge of 3% per month. PROPERTY SUBJECT TO HAVE A LIEN FILED IF NOT PAID WITH IN 120
DAYS FROM LAST DAY WORKED AT JOB SITE.
4) WINTER CONDITIONS CLAUSE: Any work performed from NOVEMBER 1, THRU APRIL 30, will be
subject to a winterization charge (not to exceed 10% of contract price). Contract does not include ice
and snow removal, or application of plastic on roof deck, and will be billed on a T & M basis. Priming of
ice & water shield will be required and will be charged @ $.20 PER SQ FT.
5) INSURANCE: A.G. Roofing Company is fully insured with liability insurance in the amount of $2,000,000
and workman's compensation. Certificates of insurance will be forwarded to client upon acceptance of
proposal.
6) ATTORNEY'S FEES: Should either party be required to retain an attorney or attorneys to enforce the
provisions of this agreement, whether or not litigation is actually required, the non-breaching party shall
be entitled to recover from the party breaching this agreement those reasonable attorney's fees incurred
as a result of such breach. If judgment is against A.G. Roofing Company, the sum cannot exceed the
contract price.
7) WARRANTY: A.G. Roofing Company will warranty all labor against leaks for a period of 2 YEARS.
Warranty is void if snow exceeds 30" and is not removed. Snow removal performed by anyone other
than A.G. Roofing Company or other local properly insured contractor will void warranty. Proof of general
liability insurance must be forwarded to A.G. Roofing Company PRIOR to commencement of snow
removal. Broken tile is not included in scope of warranty. Any work or alteration on roof (snow fence,
snow clips etc...) done by others will void Warranty as well.
8) NOTICE TO PROCEED: Once work is started this proposal becomes the primary contract is not over
ruled by any other contract, whether it is signed or not. Any delays caused because of non-preparation
on the part of the client or his/her Hired tradesman or subcontractors will validate a charge by A.G. Roofing
Company to the client for any lost time and/or materials.
