- Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant
to the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- Applicant shall vegetate all disturbed soils with grass seed, sod, or mulch.

NEIGHBORHOOD CONTEXT
Homes in the immediate vicinity
of the property display a large
diversity of architectural styles.
Roof forms include mansard,
faux mansard, single pitched,
gable, and ®at. Siding materials
include wood, brick, stucco, and
just down the street, metal
panels, log, faux timber,
clapoard and vertical wood.
While not attempting to match
any of the neighbors exactly, the
siding and roof forms for this
proposed cabin are consistent
with the overall context of Vails
alpine environment as well as its
immediate neighborhood.
