Project Description:
Move existing washer / dryer location from downstairs bathroom into main level
closet area. Framing out as needed to accommodate depth of new washer /
dryer. Run new electrical to closet area for power to W/D and lighting. New
water supply lines and drain for W/D. Install new dryer duct with air booster fan
exiting on exterior wall of garage. Install new drywall on framing, texture, prime
and paint.

- Approval of this project shall lapse and become void one (1) year following the date of final approval, unless
a building permit is issued and construction is commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion.
- Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant
to the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- The applicant shall remove any unused/discontinued vents and return the wall area to a consistent
condition prior to requesting any final inspections.
